Located in the ancient 14th-century convent of S. Nicola, restored and adapted for use, the Museum illustrates the history of ancient Akragas from prehistory to the Hellenistic age, through works recovered during excavations conducted since the early decades of the twentieth century. The exhibition is arranged according to chronological and topographical criteria.
