MAN is divided into a section that hosts a permanent exhibition and one that hosts temporary exhibitions. Since 2000, MAN has been a member of ICOM. In 2004, it was admitted to AMACI (Association of Italian Contemporary Art Museums), which brings together the most important Italian institutions operating in this field. The MAN museum’s collection includes a body of over 400 works by masters of 20th-century Sardinian art.
