Inaugurated in 2008, it is set up in a building near the medieval “conservoni” of the Monte Pacciano aqueduct of Perugia.
Two exhibition spaces are dedicated to aspects related to the daily use of water; the De abundantia aquae section illustrates the history of the medieval aqueduct, a grand engineering work aimed at ensuring the water supply to the acropolis, showing its collection structures and explaining its fundamental role in the urban development of the city.
