Il Museo Capitolare di Arte Sacra, located on the second floor of the seventeenth-century Seminary of Piazza Benedetto XIII, displays a rich collection of sacred art silverware. The oldest is the reliquary stauroteca dated XII – XIII centuries. The museum is divided into three sections, one of which houses the precious vestments of Pope Benedict XIII. An integral part of the Museum is the church of Santa Maria del Suffragio embellished with master paintings and altars in inlaid precious marbles.
