Diocesan Museum of Sassari

The headquarters is inside the Cathedral, in the Sacristy of the Beneficiaries and in the crypt of the church of San Michele. Vestments from the 19th-20th century, furnishings from different periods, and some reliquaries, including those of Saint Sebastian and Saint Blaise, are on display. Also present are the gold pieces of the Assunta, a small showcase of the styles of precious items used in Sassari from the 17th to the 19th century.

Of particular value are the liturgical silver from the 17th to the 19th century and the early 19th century, the three ivory crucifixes from the mid-17th to early 18th century, and the imposing rococo eucharistic throne.
