Articulated in a central headquarters in Susa (Cathedral Treasury, furnishings from the Church of the Bridge, statuary, textiles, goldsmiths from the 2nd to the 20th century) and in detached sections in Novalesa, Giaglione, San Giorgio di Susa, Melezet district of Bardonecchia. It exhibits material coming from the Diocese of Susa, in particular the Treasury of the Cathedral and the church of Madonna del Ponte.
