For the summer, the positions open at Club Esse are for roles as tourist animator and hotel staff. A total of 900 positions are available across thirteen hospitality facilities managed by Club Esse from May to mid-October.
Tourist animators can submit their applications on the Club Esse website, where a form to fill out is available. If deemed suitable, candidates will be invited to attend one of the selection days organized in March, April, and May. Interviews will take place directly at the Club Esse facilities for those aspiring to hotel roles, while those applying as animators will have a trial in Naples, Milan, Rome, Pescara, Turin, and Verona.
The facilities are located in Sardinia, Sicily, Calabria, Abruzzo, and Valle d’Aosta, predominantly oriented towards beach tourism, except for the Valle d’Aosta region.
Not only entertainment but also hotel staff
Among the 900 open positions, Club Esse is also looking for hotel staff to be employed in its facilities. The search spans the entire country. Specifically: 80 for housekeeping, 60 for reception, 20 for maintenance, 20 for the storeroom, 190 in the kitchen, and 180 in waitstaff. Applicants are expected to have experience in the same role for which they apply, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of French, German, and English.

“Club Esse is a fully Italian company founded in 2000, initially specialized in animation and assistance for holiday villages, before six years ago moving to direct management of tourist accommodations, totaling now 13: including the ‘historic’ hotels and villages of Club Esse in Sardinia and Rome, where the company headquarters is located. This year, several new locations have been added.”
The company has confirmed many longstanding collaborators whom they wish to retain and develop, but also needs new figures. Specifically, in the entertainment sector, 350 roles are sought including animation leaders, musicians, hostesses, animators, mini club managers, tennis, archery, and fitness instructors, dancers, costume designers, set designers, lifeguard assistants, audio-light technicians, who will be selected through casting across Italy.
