Transavia and TripAdvisor collaboration begins on the new airline review platform of the American corporation.
The airline Transavia has launched a collaboration with TripAdvisor to encourage its customers to use the new airline review platform and flight experience sharing.
Transavia, which is the largest low-cost airline in Europe to join the TripAdvisor flight review platform. This way, it aims to establish a direct contact with its customers, allowing them to share their flight experiences.
The airline Transavia, by collecting customer feedback, is convinced that it can continuously improve its products and low-cost flight offerings.
“Open and transparent communication is an important factor and allows our customers to write a review in a simple and direct way,” says Paul de Raad, Marketing and eCommerce Manager at Transavia.
“We proactively seek feedback and opinions from consumers that will help us to continuously improve our product. We already have a large and active customer base on our social channels: every week, we reach over four million people. Our followers on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and WhatsApp are highly engaged. Reviews of airlines on TripAdvisor will help us interact even more with our customers by responding, if necessary, to their questions in reviews,” states De Raad. Passengers will receive an invitation from Transavia after their flight to share their opinion about the flight experience on TripAdvisor.
“We want to help travelers understand and choose the best flight options beyond prices, by sharing passenger reviews and photos, and providing detailed information about additional services,” said Andrew Wong, head of airline partnerships at TripAdvisor Flights. “By encouraging customers to share their opinions, Transavia will give travelers worldwide the tips they need to book a flight with their airline.”
