The tram is likely the easiest: you can take lines 2, 5, or 12 to the Museumplein stop, right outside the museum. Buses 347, 357, and 397 also stop at Museumplein. Alternatively, you can take the metro to Vijzelgracht station, then walk about 10 more minutes to reach the museum.
