The Christmas markets in Piazza Duomo, Milan are back to liven up the city center during the festive season after a year-long break. There are 65 wooden chalets plus Santa’s House, bringing the total setup to 1,200 sqm.

The Milan Christmas markets will be open every day until 10:00 pm. Spanning more than 1,200 sqm (each chalet is 18 sqm), the event is made even more magical by nearly 1 kilometer of Christmas decorations. Here, Christmas joy takes center stage and both locals and visitors can enjoy a wide range of products—from handcrafted gifts and clothing to regional delicacies. Also in Milan, don’t miss the Sant’Ambrogio Christmas markets, also known as the Oh bej Oh bej fair.

To provide better access and easier foot traffic, the arrangement of the chalets has been redesigned, with optimized space organization and more access routes.

The Christmas markets are divided into three areas: the chalets in the Piazza Duomo/Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza Duomo/ex Camposanto zones have stalls on both sides, while those in the Piazza Duomo/Arcivescovado area are single-sided.

The entire setup was completed in record time: The Eurostands team worked around the clock from November 26 to 30, dedicating 90 hours to decorate Milan’s iconic square for the holidays.
