MSC Seashore will be the third ship of the innovative Seaside generation, following the ships MSC Seaside e MSC Seaview, launched in 2017 and 2018 respectively, and the first of two Seaside Evo ships enhanced with larger public spaces and more cabins, featuring the highest ratio of outdoor space per guest of any ship in the Company’s fleet.

Among the main innovations of the new ship are an even larger magrodome (sliding glass roof), a two-story lounge with a large aft glass wall capable of accommodating 600 guests, a larger theater, an entire extra deck dedicated to the “Yacht Club,” a greater number of pools, and some refined dining options, including a restaurant with a “sushi train.”

MSC Seashore will feature new cabins with innovative design to accommodate families and also groups. The suites in the MSC Yacht Club will also have a new style and will include a walk-in closet. In addition, there will be two other luxury suites with hot tubs and 28 cluster cabins each with their own private sunbathing area.

MSC Seashore will be equipped with the best and latest available environmental technologies to reduce its environmental impact, including: an exhaust gas cleaning system for cleaner emissions; an advanced wastewater treatment system; intelligent heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to recover heat from the engine rooms; LED lighting and smart devices to significantly save energy. In addition, the ship will be fitted with a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system, which reduces nitrogen oxide (NOx) into harmless nitrogen (N2) and water. All this is part of MSC Cruises’ commitment to offering guests the best vacation experiences at sea in a sustainable way.

By booking MSC Seashore during the first two weeks of the sales opening, MSC Voyagers Club members will receive a special 5% discount in addition to their 5% loyalty discount, as well as the opportunity to choose their preferred cabin first. Other guests will also benefit from a 5% early booking discount up until September 11, 2019.

MSC Seashore will set sail for its maiden voyage on June 13, 2021 and after only 18 months, it will be joined by a second Seaside EVO ship, arriving in autumn 2022, also under construction at the Italian FINCANTIERI shipyard, one of the largest shipbuilding groups in the world.
