All other activities remain under <em>lockdown<\/em> with phased dates. Bars and restaurants can open from May 18 only for takeout food. Activities will be fully reopened on June 1.<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s look in detail, point by point, at Appendix 3 of the April decree for the reopenings on May 4.
