The Frecciarossa<\/em> night train will also stop at Milano Rogoredo, Reggio Emilia AV, Bologna, Florence, Paola, Lamezia, Rosarno, and Villa San Giovanni.<\/p>\n<\/span>Beach Holidays with Trenitalia, from North to South<\/span><\/h2>\nFrom Milano to Reggio Calabria in less than nine hours<\/strong>. For summer, Trenitalia also boosts daytime connections to Southern Italy and introduces two Frecciarossa FAST<\/em> connections from Milano to Calabria with travel times of 7 hours and 20 minutes to Lamezia Terme and 8 hours and 40 minutes to Reggio Calabria. Highlights include the Cedri Line<\/em> from Sapri to Cosenza, active from July 18, and the Etruschi Line<\/em> between Pisa and Grosseto from June 13. In the Northwest, you can use the Cinque Terre Express<\/em> connecting all five Terre locations from Levanto to La Spezia, or the Ponente Line<\/em> linking Torino to Ventimiglia, Savona, Albenga, and Imperia. During summer, there are 10 Frecce<\/em> per day between Rome and Bolzano, and 2 per day between Milan and Bolzano.<\/p>\nTwo new weekend routes\u2014one pair of Frecciarossa<\/em> round trips\u2014are available from Naples, Rome, Florence, Bologna, Reggio Emilia, and Milan to Oulx and Bardonecchia.<\/p>\nThis summer, Frecciarossa<\/em> travels for the first time without transfers between Florence and Puglia, as well as between Caserta and Benevento and Florence, Bologna, and Milan.<\/p>\nA new feature of the 2021 summer timetable is the new AV stop at Orte, providing development opportunities for the entire province of Viterbo, Tuscia, and Lazio. Two Frecciarossa<\/em> trains will connect major Italian cities with Orte, intercepting traveler flows from other areas such as Terni, Orvieto, Todi, and Spoleto. Frosinone and Cassino are already part of the high-speed network, while the Frecciarossa<\/em> stop at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme in Tuscany re-joins the schedule to reach the southern hills of the region, Val d’Orcia, and Chianti.
