as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hotel businesses;<\/li>\n<li>Farm holiday businesses;<\/li>\n<li>Businesses managing open-air accommodation facilities;<\/li>\n<li>Businesses in the tourism, recreational, exhibition, and congress sector, including beach resorts, spa complexes, tourist ports, theme parks including water and wildlife parks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_are_the_eligible_expenses_for_the_Revolving_Fund_for_Tourism_Businesses\"><\/span>What are the eligible expenses for the Revolving Fund for Tourism Businesses?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Investment Programs that include interventions for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>energy efficiency upgrades and anti-seismic improvements for structures<\/li>\n<li>elimination of architectural barriers<\/li>\n<li>building interventions functional to the realization of the interventions listed above<\/li>\n<li>construction of thermal pools and purchase of equipment and apparatus for thermal activities<\/li>\n<li>digitalization<\/li>\n<li>purchase\/renewal of furnishings<\/li>\n<li>interventions concerning spa centers, tourist ports, theme parks, including water and wildlife parks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_are_the_incentives\"><\/span>What are the incentives?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The incentives are structured as a direct contribution to expenses and a subsidized loan, granted considering the size of the company and the location of individual local units.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The direct contribution to expenses<\/strong>is granted for a maximum of 35% based on the eligible amounts of expenses;<\/li>\n<li>The<strong>subsidized loan<\/strong>is granted at a fixed rate of 0.50% with a minimum duration of 4 years and a maximum of 15 years, including 3 years of pre-amortization;<\/li>\n<li>The subsidized loan is associated with a bank loan at a market rate of equal amount and duration, disbursed by the financing Bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"When_does_the_Revolving_Fund_for_Tourism_Businesses_expire\"><\/span>When does the Revolving Fund for Tourism Businesses expire?<span
