THEevent aimed at the world of extra-hotel hospitality and independent hotels, is preparing to inaugurate its first edition on 5 and 6 November 2021 a Milan – strategic city for the national and international market – in the spaces of MiCo, Milan Convention Centre, beating heart of CiyLife distrt.
The event, dedicated toextra-sector hospitality in all its forms, is organized by fair di Nuremberg (NürnbergMesse Italia), one of the 15 main trade fair companies in the world and was created to respond in a concrete and productive way to the evolution, growth and relaunch of the non-hotel and hotel sectors, with the exception of hotel chains.
For years the sector has been affected by continuous innovation and evolution and has seen the creation of new and multiple hospitality solutions, as well as the development of various activities and services connected to them. The market offers an availability of extra-hotel facilities that is five times higher than the offer of traditional ones: more than half is made up of business accommodation, followed by BnBs and other forms of hospitality that are increasingly making their way: farmhouses, guest houses , charming residences, co-living, condo-hotels with a hybrid structure up to holiday accommodation and short-term rentals, a phenomenon that is channeling more and more interest.
Even the picture relating to the category of small and independent hotels offers interesting data: in fact, it sees the Italian structures in the category made up of residence-hotels, boutique hotels, scattered hotels, relais chateux, hostels and concept hotels to name a few, always playing a role most relevant in the panorama of Italian accommodation facilities.
We host - The art of hospitality with its 360° offer of products and services, training, know-how and opportunities for discussion, it represents the ideal showcase event for those who already own and manage accommodation facilities and for those interested in starting a business in this sector.
The entire organization and the numerous activities implemented are designed to encourage and facilitate the presence and meeting of sector operators and visitors: from the support of a dense program of conferences aimed at the in-depth analysis of hot topics and discussion with professionals, until the event date scheduled for November, considered the optimal period to evaluate improvements for your structure or new proposals. Furthermore, the location of MICO, Milan Convention Centre, a space that is positioned among the largest and most well-known conference centers in the European and international trade fair scene, is located in the new urban setting of CityLife, thus allowing the opportunity to take full advantage of the attractions that the Milanese capital has to offer.
