  • Hand disinfection

Water and soap are provided in the bathrooms on board, the availability of which is checked regularly. The disinfectant gel is available for free on the route in Italian territory. In case of temporary lack of water and soap in the in French, disinfectant gel will be made available to ensure clean hands.

  • Cleaning of convoys

Sanitization and cleaning activities have been strengthened, increasing their frequency and adapting the type of disinfection.

  • Social distancing 

To limit opportunities for contact, on-board catering services are suspended (bar, catering and seat food service).

MEASURES FOR ENTRY IN FRANCE And in ITALY

SNCF Voyages Italy remember that to go to Frenchuntil June 15th, it is necessary to have a specific self-declaration and a self-certification confirming the absence of Covid-19 symptoms in the last 48 hours. Both documents are available on the website of the French Ministry of the Interior.

SNCF Voyages Italy also underlines that from 3 June it is possible to enter and move freely in Italy, without limitations on the duration of the stay and without the obligation to present a self-declaration and undergo self-isolation.

TRAVEL TICKETS

For trips scheduled until August 31st, it is possible to make the change or proceed with the refund request for free. Specifically, for trips scheduled until August 31st it is possible to cancel or change the ticket for free via online channels within the train departure time or after the train departure date via the dedicated SNCF.com page. In the event of a change, if the price of the new ticket is higher, the difference in price will be borne by the customer.
