Travelers passing through the airports of Roma Fiumicino and Ciampino know how frustrating and stressful it can be to have to face long lines at security checks, especially during peak periods. However, thanks to the innovative service “Fast Track” launched by Telepass, this hassle could soon be a distant memory for its customers.

What is the Telepass “Fast Track” service?

Telepass' "Fast Track" is a new free service that allows its customers to have priority access to security checks at the airports of Roma. Through a dedicated preferential lane, Telepass passengers can quickly reach the boarding area, avoiding the long waits typical of standard gates.

How does the “Fast Track” service work?

To use the "Fast Track" service, Telepass customers simply have to download the appropriate App and request Fast Track directly from there. Once you have entered your data (tax code and email), a QR code will be generated to be presented at the dedicated gate at the airport. You don't need to print anything, just show the code on your smartphone to access the fast lane.

The main advantage of Telepass's "Fast Track" service is time saving. Thanks to priority access to security checks, Telepass customers will be able to reach the boarding area much more quickly, significantly reducing waiting times. This results in a smoother and less stressful travel experience.

At the moment, the Telepass "Fast Track" service is only active in the airports of Roma Fiumicino and Roma Ciampino. However, according to the company's statements, in the coming days the service will be extended to other Italian airports.

Free “Fast Track” service

Another important advantage of the “Fast Track” service is that it is free. In fact, until 31 December 2024, the service will be completely free for all Telepass customers, both those of the Basic formula and those of the Plus formula. Telepass, a leading Italian company in smart mobility and electronic tolls, is constantly expanding its ecosystem of services to offer its customers increasingly fluid and uninterrupted mobility. After having revolutionized the driving experience on the motorway, Telepass now also arrives at airports, making its new "Fast Track" service available.

Telepass's objective is to create an integrated system of mobility services, both in urban and extra-urban areas. The company is in fact committed to facilitating people's freedom of movement, constantly expanding its offering and investing in cutting-edge startups in the sustainable mobility sector.

The airports managed by ADR (Airports of Roma) are recognized as key locations for providing premium services and communicating effectively with passengers. Thanks to tailor-made solutions such as Telepass's "Fast Track" service, airports are increasingly positioning themselves as crucial systems in the mobility sector.

Telepass's new "Fast Track" service represents an important step forward in the direction of increasingly fluid and uninterrupted mobility. Thanks to this innovative solution, Telepass customers will be able to enjoy a faster and more comfortable travel experience, skipping the queues at security checks at the airports of Roma. A free service that adds to the ecosystem of Telepass solutions, consolidating the company's role as a pioneer of smart mobility in Italy and Europe.
