
MSC cruises repositions its ships en route in the Mediterranean and Northern Europe for summer 2021. After a very difficult year for the entire tourism sector, although the cruises have managed to sail the seas (in a very small version), now the MSC catalogue cruises regains color (and hope).
Below is the complete list of confirmed MSC itineraries cruises which you can now book for this summer.

MSC Cruises: Western Mediterranean, calling in Italy and Malta
MSC Grandiosa will continue to offer its current 7-night itinerary with calls in the Italian ports of GenoVa, Civitavecchia, Napoli, Palermo and Valletta (Malta). The Spanish ports of Valencia e Barcelona will be added to the current itinerary as soon as these destinations will confirm their availability.
MSC Seaside will set sail again on May 1st from GenoVa calling at the ports of Syracuse and Taranto (absolute novelties in MSC cruises), as well as Civitavecchia and Valletta a Malta. The ship's itinerary will then be enriched with stops in the French port of Marseille as soon as its availability is confirmed.
The MSC Grandiosa and MSC Seaside itineraries will be available until the end of July 2021, when MSC Seashore arrives in the fleet.
MSC Seashore at the end of July it will join the MSC fleet cruises and will become the new flagship of the Company. From August 1st to October 31st she will offer cruises of 7 nights with stopovers in the Italian ports of GenoVa, Napoli and Messina, as well as Valletta a Malta, Barcelona in Spain e Marseille in French.
MSC Cruises: Eastern Mediterranean, with calls in Italy, Greece, Croatia and Montenegro
MSC cruises will deploy three ships for the next summer season in this area famous for its strong tourist vocation, with a series of itineraries departing from Trieste, Venice e Bari, and stops at Piraeus (Athens) and in some of the most beautiful Greek islands, Kotor (Montenegro), Dubrovnik e Split (Croatia).
MSC Orchestra will leave on June 5th offering guests boarding in the Italian ports of Venice on Saturdays and Bari on Sunday, then stopping in the Greek islands of Corfu and Mykonos e Dubrovnik (Croatia).
MSC Splendida will start sailing from June 12th with boarding in Trieste on Saturday and Bari on Tuesday, stopping at Dubrovnik (Croatia), Corfu (Greece) and Kotor (Montenegro).
Rounding out the offer in the eastern Mediterranean is MSC Magnifica, which from 20 June will embark in the Italian ports of Venice Sunday, Bari on Mondays and Piraeus for Athens on Wednesday, then calling at the Greek island of Mykonos and Split (Croatia).

Domestic cruises in the UK
From May 20th, the flagship of the line MSC Virtuosa will make its inaugural season in UK offering mini-cruises from Southampton with a stop in Portland in Dorset, on the so-called “Jurassic coast”. From 12 June it will operate 7-night cruises from Southampton, departing at Liverpool, Greenock for Glasgow and with stops in Portland and elsewhere Belfast. These are cruises intended for British residents only. Cruises are open to vaccinated and non-vaccinated guests and all guests will be tested prior to boarding.
Germany, Northern Europe
In GermanyGiven the current uncertainty over when local ports will reopen, MSC Cruises ships will have to delay the start of their summer season out of the country's ports until June 15.
At the same time, MSC Cruises announced today that it has planned the itineraries of MSC Seaview based in Kiel (Germany), starting from June 19th, instead of MSC Virtuosa. Furthermore, itineraries have been planned MSC Preziosa starting June 21st from Hamburg (Germany) And MSC Musica from June 20th from Warnemunde (Germany), if it will be possible to access German ports.
The three ships are intended to offer cruises of 7 nights or more with itineraries towards the Norwegian fjords or the capital of the Baltic, as per the current programme. Guests will have the opportunity to reschedule their vacation to one of the itineraries announced today that are the same or similar to those initially booked. Flexible booking conditions will apply to all bookings made before 31 May.
