Air Arabia Maroc has updated the rules relating to the baggage allowance to take with you when travelling. In fact, it is now possible to choose in advance which weight "band" you will be in when loading your checked baggage.
The changes will be applied to all flights headed to Casablanca departing from the Italian airports of Bergamo, Bologna, Cuneo, Napoli e Venice.
The low-cost airline has in fact decided to establish five limit thresholds, with different weights and consequently different prices.
Air Arabia Baggage
- Hold baggage up to a maximum of 15 kilograms: price 15 euros;
- Hold baggage up to a maximum of 20 kilograms: price 20 euros;
- Hold baggage up to a maximum of 30 kilograms: price 30 euros;
- Hold baggage up to a maximum of 40 kilograms: price 40 euros;
- Hold baggage up to a maximum of 50 kilograms: price 50 euros.
These price differences and the possibility of choosing from before checking in what type of baggage to pack will have an immediate impact on the policy relating to hand luggage.
The management of Arabia Air Maroc have in fact decided to increase the allowance relating to baggage that can be carried on board: from the previous 7 kilograms, it will therefore be possible to carry trolleys or various bags on board up to a maximum of 10 kilograms of maximum weight allowed.

Arabia Air allows you to bring on board one piece of hand luggage weighing a generous 10 kg.

The hand baggage allowance per passenger must not exceed the aforementioned weight and dimensions must exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm, including handles, pockets and wheels.
Children under two years old can bring a standard-sized bag (for items the child may need during the flight). Please note any restrictions placed on the amount of liquids, gels or creams carried in your carry-on baggage.
- Liquids, gels or creams must be placed in individual containers with a maximum capacity of 100 ml each.
- All liquid containers with a maximum capacity of 100ml can be placed in a clear, resealable plastic bag measuring 20cm x 20cm.
- The bag must be entirely sealed.
- Items must fit comfortably in the bag.
- If you are traveling through the Middle East, they must be placed in a tamper-evident bag (a Secure Tamper-Evident Bag -STEB-).
These restrictions are applicable for departure airports in Europe, East and North Africa. You will be asked to leave liquids that do not meet the conditions above at airport security stations.

- Infectious substances such as bacteria and viruses.
- Corrosive substances such as mercury, acids, alkalis and vehicle batteries.
- Kitchen oil.
- Lighters and cigar lighters.

You can select the weight for your hold baggage when booking or when you change your flight (20 kg or 30 kg) without a limit on the number of pieces.
